The Domain pulse conference is organized annually by the three German-speaking domain registries:
DENIC eG is the central registry for all domains below the top level domain .de. Its tasks are manifold: It provides an automatic electronic registration system for domain administration, operates a network of name servers distributed all over the world and offers a whole range of other services to the German Internet community.

nic.at is the Austrian registry for all .at, .co.at and .or.at domains. The owner of nic.at is the non-profit Internet Foundation, whose foundation purpose is the promotion of the Internet in Austria. nic.at sees itself as a competence center for all questions concerning domains as well as the Internet in Austria. Since 2010, nic.at offers in-house solutions such as the registry system "TLD Box" and the Anycast service "RcodeZero DNS" to external customers via subsidiaries and advises applicants for new top level domains. In addition, nic.at operates the national Computer Emergency Response Team CERT.at.
